Ideal habitats for insects in old and hollow trees

15.09.2021

Old, woody trees are ideal habitats for insects that depend on the presence of dead wood and specific tree microhabitats.

In the Life Rosalia project make an inventory of such trees and we will analyze how they influence the distribution of biological communities dependent on the presence of dead wood in the forests of the Putna Vrancea Natural Park.
